It's Sea Bags (seabags.com) and they have a system where you can trade a sail
for a bag and donate the others to a Maine-based charity organization for a
charity tax deduction.
Did it last year with a bunch of old rags that were collecting dust.

For the ones you want to dispose of, there's an outfit in Portland Maine that
makes duffel bags etc. from used sailcloth. They might take your sails. Sorry I
don't have their name handy right now - it might be Sail Bags.
