Alan, Are you able to reach all of the bolts through the access ports? The nut actually came off one of my forward bolts. I'm going to try putting a nut in a socket and hope I get lucky enough to have it catch. I cant get my hand in there. (I was able to tighten the aft bolts.) Any other

I agree with Josh on contacting Hutch at PYI to get the best info. Your description of being unable to reach full RPM when in gear does sound like a reduction in pitch is called for. I have changed the pitch on Calypso's MAX Prop several times including the original effort at installation.

Joel, You might have to break down and go through the lazarette. It’s really not that bad once you remove the port scupper drain. I checked the screws on my rudder post. They are all perfectly aligned with the boat centerline, just the way the factory left them. Now I need to find out
