I am planning to remake floorboards this winter. I have old ones for pattern.
Would be interested in any tips, on or off list, that anyone has for
patterning, cutting, finishing. Plan to epoxy all sides, then varnish.
Thinking of m making full size masonite patterns , attach with double side

was so stiff when got boat need two hands and could barely shut off engine at
that. When disconnected cable worked smoothly. Cable hand extra length so
made smooth loops instead of letting it lust take it's own shape

FWIW, I installed a PrecisionTemp on demand propane hot water heater three
years ago. A fully power vented unit. Has worked flawlessly. At the time I
think it was only ABYC approved unit.

I did color matched kiwi grip on cockpit sole this spring. Easy to use, though
I consider myself accomplished do it yourselfer. Only negative, a little hard
to keep clean. But looks like match to CnC non skid on my 1981 36'. Got paint
chips from home depot, matched closely and they colored
It may be a different problem, but the cam is attached to "flipper" post by two
1/32 inch, I think, roller pins. I had this problem and these were sheered off
allowing cam to go too far and lock the pilot on. Purchased replacement pins
at a local Fastenal store.
