Today (1/27) at about 11:15 a.m., a Northern Pygmy-Owl was in crotch of a young cottonwood, on north side of Colo. Hwy 112, a couple of miles east of County Line Rd. (Alamosa/Rio Grande County). It was not there on my return trip at about 1:30 p.m. Also along CO Hwy 112, I saw 3 Bald Eagles
