The Golden-crowned Sparrow appeared by the dry pool at 3:05 this afternoon, and stayed for about five minutes. I watched for about an hour before seeing the bird, during which time there was heavy pedestrian use of the terrace which also drove away the flock containing the bird. Chuck Lowrie
