I erroneously stated I had a female Blackburnian Warbler today at Temple
Grove along with the MOURNING, Magnolia and Chestnut-sided but I should have
said a female Townsend's Warbler.
I also failed to note the good number of Gray Catbirds at that location---I
saw at least a half dozen. And I fai

Greetings All,
Sorry about the delay.
Yesterday was dreary weather-wise around Grand Jcn, but there seemed to be a

Hi all,
I have had two gorgeous patio birds for the past two days in the rain: An
Indigo and a Lazuli Bunting! Both males! They literally glowed while
eating millet. Another new yard bird was a Black-headed Grosbeak and the
White-crowned Sparrows continue to serenade.
I love these upslopes!
Maybe it's the rain ... the backyard birds have been prolific this week:
3 - 5 Black-headed Grosbeak at feeders all week
lots of Gold Finches
Lesser Finches
pair of Lazuli Bunting at feeder
Loads of Pine Siskins
Broad-tailed Hummingbird
Mourning Doves
lots of White-crowned Sparrows
