I saw two American Dippers in Clear Creek just east of Lowell Blvd.
(Adams Co). They were feeding near each other, once within a foot or
less. As it gets near the end of the season whenI expect to see them
here, I've been looking and finding at least one each day since Feb.

About an hour ago, a Snowy Owl circled low around my yard and alfalfa field,
then flew off south, following Weld County Road 5 flying fast toward, I
imagine, Union Res. I was able to get a really good look at it as it was flying
fairly low to the ground, below the power lines. Probably about 20

I spent a few hours at Cherry Creek this morning, dodging snow squalls and
