Windsor Reservoir hosted thousands of birds this morning--viewed from north
side and SE corner. There were lots of birds in NW corner, middle of
reservoir. Reservoir 50% iced(?).
- Common Loon
- Bald Eagle - 3
- Ducks - 1,000s (distance)
- Gulls - 1,000s (distance)
- Geese -
As of 11:20 a.m., 2014Nov20, the winter plumage *Red-necked Grebe* was at
North Gateway Park in Lamar (Prowers County) Colorado.

The numbers of diving ducks and gulls are increasing at Cherry Creek. An
immature Long-tailed Duck, an adult Thayer's Gull and 4 Lesser Black-backed
Gulls were the highlights this morning.

Hi all,
I went over to Sailboard launching area this morning at Pueblo Reservoir and
looked to see if the Dunlin was around and I didn't see it the two times I went
there. There's a few other places that have shore around Pueblo Reservoir,
that the Dunlin could go to perhaps (maybe the N-1
Nic Korte and I spent the day scouting for The Thanksgiving Waterfowl trip
this Saturday. We had one of those memorable birding experiences that one
never forgets this afternoon.
