I was there this weekend. It is open. I saw mostly pipits, though a few Brown-capped Rosy Finches as well. Dipped on Ptarmigan. There is a family of Barrow’s Goldeneyes on Echo Lake. I did not see a male, but a female and 6 or so young. Regards -Greg Pasquariello Highlands Ranch CO
