At 5:30 this evening there was a Burrowing Owl just before the south
entrance to Chatfield State Park (Douglas Co), in the prairie dog colony on
the west side fairly close to the road. So, I turned around and drove the
dirt part of Roxborough Park Rd S of Titan Road. Sure enough, a single
The Brown Pelican reported at Lake Beckwith (Pueblo Co) by Dave Silverman was
present today at 2:00 p.m. Tim Ryan and I ended up with close looks and photos
as it moved around the lake a lot, once landing near us in the southwest
corner.

The Eastern Phoebe has another Eastern Phoebe with him as of yesterday. They
spent a lot of time on the North bank side of the lower diversion dam fly
catching from the rusted pipe fencing behind the northern most diversion.

Rocky Mtn Arsenal yesterday (Tuesday, 4/5) before my morning meetings.
