After our DFO digiscoping field trip this morning we went to Rogers Grove
Park to see the Little Blue Heron. It was on the south side of the islands.
We got digiscope photos and video.
The video shows it eating something, maybe a crawfish? Link to the video
below. We saw it eat two of these
It was present this morning, as well.

Hi all,
I went back out to Blanca Wetlands today to look for any migrants
shorebirds that might've dropped in. Not much shorebird wise although I did
have 4 Snowy Plovers at various locations.
The Western Gull is still hanging around, although it was not at 115. It
was on the large pond east of
