How about another guess: Trinidad and Tobago are just off the coast of Venezuela. Lots of fork-tails. I saw 300 at one time in Venezuela. Therefore...perhaps the post for the island of Trinidad mistakenly was placed in Colorado, during someone's listing? If it is indeed in Trinidad,CO,
