The White Ibis is still present at 3:15 PM, at the same location reported
earlier. At this moment it's in the largest of the ponds, standing idly by
itself.

Hi
At 11:00 am while walking from the trail head on the east side of Moraine Park
at about 1 to 2/10ths of a mile I heard "chebeck, chebeck, chebeck..." that
continued for 10 minutes. The empid was calling from a Lodgepole tree limb
about 20 feet from the ground that was adjacent to the path. V
Go south from Alamosa on Hwy 285 to Road 11s. Turn left (going east) on 11s
for about a mile. Turn right on S109 and go for a few miles. Turn left on
CC Road (aka 15S) and Dickcissels are all along that road up to Rd 22. Take

Greetings,
We just had a Red-bellied Woodpecker in our Cherry Tree. Unfortunately did not
get a photo, before it flew. It went in the direction of our back yard. We went

200 yard walk. It was on the south shore, which is immediately north of
Make sure to document the White Ibis for the Colorado Birds Records
Committee (CBRC) (http://coloradobirdrecords.org). There are only nine
accepted records of this species in Colorado. First one back was back in
1985 in Kiowa County. The last one was in 2014 in Larimer County, a one

At the Lowell ponds location previously described (near the parking lot)
viewing the White Ibis right now. There is the major pond next to the highway
with lots of Snowy Egrets, and the Ibis is on the far shore near the highway on
the lake just to the left of that also right near the highway, th
