I've now heard from nearly all the compilers for Colorado Christmas Bird
Counts, and I've heard the date for nearly all the Counts in Colorado now.
E-mail or phone the compiler, to sign up for their CBC.
There is a flock of about 30 Sandhill Cranes a quarter mile west of Lagerman
Res. Feeding in the field.

Hi,
I have not had time of until Friday, tomorrow, and I was wondering if that
Gyrfalcon is still being seen. If someone could send me a message and let
me know if has been seen in the last few days I would appreciate it. Being
a sensitive specie I can't use ebird to help me plan.

Hi:
Two days ago I was birding Cherry Creek Reservoir looking for the Yellow-billed
Loon that was previously reported. About half way across the southern portion
of the reservoir a loon was spotted. Because of heat waves the only impression
that registered with me was the head was light
