John and others, the competition is county based, but non-competing teams (including individuals) do not have any rules, not even the date (although donations must be received by May 15). More info at Cobirds.org/CoBC-details/. If there is a way to participate, please do. The Gunnison

If you're up for non-competing category, you can pretty much bird however you want! If you want to compete, I think most of those categories ask that you specify a county to stick with (although that certainly doesn't mean you have to cover the whole county). Diana Beatty El Paso County On
