At the Monte Vista NWR this weekend, Courtney Rella and I saw a hybrid
cinnamon/blue winged teal. The duck had a clear pale crescent on his cheek, and
a very reddish side with faint spots. The tail looked very much like a cinnamon
teal tail. He was with a male cinnamon teal and a female blue win
