Cobirders, Today I took a pre-Thanksgiving Dinner walk through my aunts neighborhood south of Green Mountain and saw a Common Redpoll loosely associating (coincidentally?) with a small group of Red-breasted Nuthatches and Mountain Chickadees in planted pines lining the road.

Made a late morning visit to Prospect Park today and saw the previously reported Northern Parula feeding high in a cottonwood about 200 meters down the main trail (west of the bridge) from the parking lot. The bird was trying-out some a little bit of singing which made him easier to track down
