After cooking all morning, I decided to bundle up and head outside for a bit.
My first stop was Lonetree Reservoir. I had one Common Loon, 2 Boneparte's
Gulls, several Ring-billed Gulls, a few Herring too, I think, Common
Mergansers, and a diving duck I could not ID - too far out.

Next I stopped by Rist Benson Lake. It was 75% drained, but very, very active
with birds. Lots of Canada's, Wigeons, Coots and others, bunches of gulls, but
nothing stuck out as unusual.

I then headed over to Lake Loveland and North Lake park. The wind kicked up and
it was very difficult to stand face in the wind. Lots of Gulls, Ring-billed and
Herring I noticed, nothing unusual that I could see, but I wouldn't rule it
out.

Looks like North Lake park is going to be a great place to study geese again.
Lots of Canada's in all three subspecies and maybe some Cackling, what do you
think?
