I spent about an hour at CU East campus today, after finishing my last final of
the semester earlier this morning, and it was very slow. A nice mix of swallows
and a single chimney swift, I had twenty plus two days ago at the same
location, were about the only migrants until I heard an
I had a Black-throated Gray Warbler feeding in ponderosa pines in my yard this
morning, a first for my neighborhood list. It think it left the area while I
was trying unsuccessfully to photograph it. The Cassin's Finch count here is up
to six today, the most I've had in recent days. At least
The RBA post of Black-and-White Warbler in Lafayette should read male
Black-throated Gray Warbler. I'll post photos when I get a chance.
