Hi all,
While at a friends home northwest of Lyons for Thanksgiving, there was one
Common Redpoll amongst the House Finches. Unfortunately, they are in a
private neighborhood and did not want to entertain birders. The owner did
take one decent picture, which I have asked him to forward to me.
They're back! 1 male and 2 female Common Redpolls have been coming in to
glean under the feeders today with a large flock of Pine Siskins. An
additional female appeared this evening after I submitted my report of 1
female to eBirds.
