I spotted a dark morph hawk yesterday that I believed at first to be a Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk. However,on closer examination I realized it is a dark morph Rough-legged Hawk. Photos and discussion of field marks are now on my Birds and Nature blog. <http://birdsandnature.blogspot.com/>
