Cobirders ;

      Following up on Bill M's note on Wrens , I had a definite Winter
Wren ( plumage , voice ) at Fountain Creek late this afternoon located in the
dry irrigation ditch 25 yards south of the gazebo , same general area as
the immature Harris Sparrow . I subsequently ran into Ken Pals and we re
found the Wren. Together we did find the adult male Pine Warbler just south of
the sewage pond associating with juncos , kinglets , chickadees etc. Missed
the Ovenbird.

Earlier in the afternoon , I visited Clear Springs Ranch trail and
relocated the two Rusty Blackbirds ( male and female ) foraging in the creek or

preening in the willows on the west side. Many photos taken for the CBRC
report . Also two American ( or Buff-bellied ) Pipits seen with the
blackbirds.
