COBirders, The foreman for the gravel pit lake just came by and asked everyone to leave. He said birders are NOT allowed off the road. Unfortunately, if the duck comes back to this lake, it would not be visible. There is no way around this so please do not climb up the hill to scan the water. Hopefully the Tufted Duck can be found again at a more accessible location.
