I seem to remember that the requirement for a Habitat Stamp was dropped for most Colorado SWAs, e.g. Ramah SWA.
Then I also remember that others require some type of stamp or pass, (perhaps Prewitt Res?) Would someone in the know please enlighten me? I do have a lifetime pass for the Colorado State Parks, if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for your help. Good birding!
