The duck has not yet returned but there has been some turn over of waterfowl. 
And, if you park on WCR 9.75 and get some elevation (or if you are already 
tall) it IS possible to see the water from the road. So far it seems parking 
there is ok but I would suggest pulling off the road as much as possible so the 
gravel truck drivers don't get upset.

Also, Dave Leatherman found open water and a nice mix of ducks (but not the 
Tufted Duck) on the south side of 119 west of I-25 (past WCR 7). This looks 
like a good location to keep an eye on.

Dave also reports 2 Rusty Blackbirds, a Killdeer and Greater Yellowlegs from 
the 119 frontage road at the same location as Sunday.
