This morning I drove over to Holcim Wetlands east of Florence after birding on private property in the area so didn't arrive until mid-morning. I first found a Green Heron then 3 Black-crowned Night-Herons. At least one of the Black-crowned Night-Herons was an adult and one a juvenile. Given

I went to Holcim Wetlands this early evening (14 June 2013).  I saw the adult Tricolored Heron that SeEtta found earlier today.  I got some more photos as well, and will of course submit documentation to the CBRC, for this CBRC Review species.  The bird was feeding on the west side of the pond.
