We continue to have slow days with primarily Wilson's Warblers. Today we
had the pleasure of sharing these birds with Lauryn Benedict and her UNC
ornithology class. Love having college students out! Here's the breakdown
of today's birds:

Our group had gorgeous weather for our visit today to the thee large reservoirs
in South Park. Temperatures were deliciously cool as we began early working the
west side of Antero Reservoir. This area had most of today’s shorebirds,
including 2 Snowy Plovers and 16 Sanderlings (1 along the

bogged down and had to release some birds so I could catch up with the
