We are surprised by the appearance of two white winged doves among the numerous
Eurasian collared Doves at our feeder this afternoon.
We are located on West Quarto Ave. in Littleton.

Birders,
I had multiple messages from friends in Lamar that the male Eastern
Towhee I reported on January 5 from the south end of Lamar Community
College was seen and photographed on January 6th, along with two birds I
did not see, Carolina Wren and Harris' Sparrow. I made time to visit LCC
Hi all:

My first-ever sighting of Cedar Waxwings happened unexpectedly yesterday
around 3:30pm when I took a short walk to my neighborhood park, Wood Run
Park on Hoyt, just north of 80th, in Arvada. They were feasting in a fruit
tree along with Robins. Martha Jones, Arvada CO

Hi All,
Stopped by the feeders behind the Red rocks Trading Post around 4:30
this afternoon. Like to go early and late since there are fewer House
Finches, House Sparrows, jays and squirrels to sort through. There
were no birds present when I arrived, so I put out some seed and
waited.
