Interesting question.
per eBird "Species Maps", Tricolored Blackbird is endemic to states
bordering the Pacific, with no records
east of there.
Sibley guides illustrate the "Bi-colored" Blackbird, which is an intergrade
with the more typical Red-winged Blackbird. They are also found in
California.
Folks. I know the range map. Nevermind. I got the answer. No records. And I
am not saying I saw it. I know better. Just trying to convince someone and
I thought telling her no records of it would help. Thanks.

This morning (14 Oct) many of us saw a Red-throated Loon, two Red-necked
Phalarope and a juvenile Sabine's Gull off South Shore Marina at Pueblo
Reservoir.
At Swallows at far west end of Pueblo Reservoir, there were 38 Long-billed
Dowitchers, two Lesser Yellowlegs, and a white colored Mountain
Am Golden-Plover, Black-bellied and Dunlin still present at Plum Creek Delta. 1
Burrowing Owl near east park entry at S side prairie dog town
