Gene Rutherford found (as far as I know) this little hot spot! I ran into
him there the same day I found the Buff-breasted Sandpiper. We parted
company and I later returned to find this little gem of a bird. I'm so
happy people are getting out there to see it.

I believe this is pigeon. Pigeons come in many different color
combinations. When asking for id help note that it is very helpful to know
the location of the bird.
