Sorry to post this a day late, but yesterday in SW Littleton area, I spotted an adult female sharp-shinned hawk sitting high in a tree at Coal Mine and Robincrest around 10:30 AM. Three hours later, traveling eastbound on Coal Mine, this time at Kipling Ave, there was an adult golden eagle circling directly over the intersection, being dive-bombed by a raven. Ravens #2 and #3 were approaching from both the east and west to aid their comrade, who seemed to be having zero impact on the eagle, who maintained his tight circles in the blue sky.
