IF it is confirmed to be a Fork-tailed Flycatcher, it would be the first

record ever for February, away from the Gulf Coast.
The only January eBird record ever is from central Arkansas, once in 1995.

Yes, *IF* it is a Fork-tailed Fly, it would be a first state record.
