John:
Build.xml no longer includes webapp as a target. I used the -project help
command and also looked on the build.xml file itself

check that ./build.sh -projecthelp lists webapp.

./build.sh -Dinclude.webapps.libs=yes -Dinclude.scratchpad.libs=yes webapp
And I'm getting:
Webapp is not a valid target
Any ideas why?
