The mails to cocoon-{cvs|dev}[EMAIL PROTECTED] had the
correct From: field.

The "From" of your mail is [EMAIL PROTECTED] That could explain
a lot.
If you send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], you'll receive a
mail with explanation on how to unsubscribe a different address than the
one you're sending from.
