[???] Where is the 'svg2png' serializer?

Hi! Anybody knows where is the 'svg2png' serializer declaration? It's used somewhere arround the line 700 in the root sitemap, but there is no declaraion. I wouldn't notice that, because sitemap didn't say a word about it and worked fine until it was reloaded after a modification (changed
