I did not work with DatabaseReader, but I believe that simple: jdbc:hsqldb:hsql://localhost:9002 sa must work Ok (this is snippet from default cocoon.xconf). If it does not work - that means there is some bug somewhere. Thanks, Vadim -Original Message
