Well, I think it will be easiest and cheepest to go to the nearest HW shop
and ask for some extra RAM..it will not cost you a fortune.
It really will not help to change swap space. I don't read that two conf
files you are talking about, so I don't know what's in. But I think they
will not help you with performance a much. On my NT box, Cocoon with Tomcat
takes about 50MB of RAM..consider, that you will pay about some memory cost
on Linux, and consider, that you cannot run Linux on 14MB RAM.
