This has absolutely nothing to do with XSP. Your question should be is
it possible to redirect an HTML page after 3 seconds. And yes, of course
there is but this is not the right list for that question. You should
look at meta refresh tags in the header, or javascript - a simple google
search for meta refresh will find all you need.
