I have had some similar slowdowns, and it seems to have something to
do with the sftp transfers opening up to 8-packet windows. But it
doesn't seem like any packets are being dropped on the wire. I have
not turned on debugging to see the counts of retransmits.

Now that I have my coda server & client configured (except for setting
passwords for user accounts which I haven't figured out yet, see
previous post), I want to start using it. For some reason, however, it
seems to be very slow even though the server and client are on a 100
MB/s network.
