We have a single search box on our home page hooked up to Summon. It
applies one facet by default, excluding book reviews. We've found that book
reviews are both more likely to be broken OpenURL links and that users
frequently mistake them for the title being reviewed itself, leading to
confusion.
We're currently underway in a major web site redesign at my library. We're a
Voyager/Summon house, so we're looking for any examples of the following?
