Does anyone out there have experience integrating LibGuides LTI with Moodle 4.0?
We're hoping to do that at my institution, and would love gleaning from anyone
I can who has already done this.

I don't use Publisher but here's how I do it in Word...
Paste both images in, then right-click on the one you want on top and choose
Wrap Text -> In Front of Text. Now you can drag it wherever you want. The
"Text" it's in front of can be the other image.
