The fact that /lib/dev has punctuation is something that was discussed
in #code4lib. All I can say, as Roy pointed out, is the people voted
for what they wanted. Fwiw, unlike C++ (which is a pain to search
for), /lib/dev without the punctuation leaves a searchable string

Surely you must realize it was a vote. Once it was put to a vote,
under specific rules, if the rules are followed (and they were as far
as I know), then we're stuck with it, for good or evil.

I've been talking to Simon Fraser University about hosting the journal and
looking into using Open Journal Systems to host
