[CODE4LIB] File_MARC now available in composer

Thanks to some nudges by Dan Michael O. Heggø, the PHP package File_MARC is now on packagist.org and available through composer, using ye olde: composer require pear/file_marc Hope this helps projects like VuFind that were getting annoyed with the PEAR way of doing things!
