The current version of the VIAF RDF does not point to any of the
contributing library records. But, I've just edited our stylesheets so that
the HTML records will point at the new id.loc.gov records instead of our
copies that we were exposing at errol.oclc.org.

Where at all possible, I want a true REST interface. I recognize that
sometimes you need to use POST to send data, but I've found it very helpful
to be able to craft URLs that can be shared that contain a complete request.

complicated and no one wanted to try to fix its problem. I ended up cutting
it out of the loop entirely (hopefully without destroying the other things
