Stephen are you sure it is a captcha error? When I first tried to submit it complained about the description field being empty (it's at the top of the form). I did not fill it out that way, there were no instructions to fill it out that way. Will my registration and payment still be good? I just wrote Code4Lib 2012 in the description field on payment page. There was no way to know to do anything different.
