Info on the delivery service pre-conf below, from Ted Lawless who's organizing it.

If you'd like to try to install Umlaut, please come with a unix (including OSX) computer with ruby 1.9.3 already succesfully installed on it. It can be a laptop, or it can be a remote machine you can ssh to, either way. (although for the latter, you might want to have a way to easily edit files on that remote machine that you are comfortable with).
