There is a program called spamassasin which uses metrics to
try and detect spam. Different things award "points" to the
message. You can have an action done if it goes over a
certain threshold.

Most spam does contain the same stuff all over and over again, the so called
unsubscribe feature (wich of course does not work and only generates more
spam).
I am running FreeBSD 4.5-Release gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)

Short and simple question: How about rejecting spam in this list ? And
simply filter out /deny HTML posts.
