Hi,
Please DISREGARD this post without flame or thread :P Banjo means
well and his post was largely my fault. Since Undernet no longer needs to
compete or prove itself as a premier IRC network, the section he refers to
will not even be in any new faqs. I will take steps to make sure oth

All characters are allowed, except: '\r', '\n', '\0', ',',
'\007' and ' '.

Hi folks,
Aside from the usual A-Za-z0-9, what characters are allowed in channel
names? I'm specifically looking for info on non-printable characters that
can be used in channel names, because std::map doesn't like at least one
of them for some reason, as seen below:

Hey all :O)
OK...I have a question. My name is Mark Wilson. My nick on Undernet is
Banjo. I am currently working with the documents team to update the
Undernet's FAQ2 document. It appears it hasn't been updated since 1996.
My question...and I don't know who to ask about this of all the coders?
Hey again...
Also maybe a small synopsis of all the commands that have been disabled
for sure and also an explanation as to why. So that I can type a nice
reason out for people why? Would you want that on there too?
