I'm having problems with > 200 clients connecting to a server. The ircd
refuses connections greater than 223.
The Y-Line is Y:10:90:0:1000:56
Are there any other options creating this limit?

We decided very late in a project to use the undernet irc server.
Currently, we are running into a problem with the configuration.
The server should be accessible only from localhost (by a custom
php-Script), but multiple connects should be possible. No other servers
shall connect to the
