ircu fully supports IPv6, but the services do not, and that is why the
network does not have IPv6 connectivity.

Hello. I was surprised to see that Undernet doesn't support IPv6 access in
2013, so I decided to look into it. It is possible to make ipv6 support by
using program called socat. It can redirect ipv6 traffic from some port to
another ipv4 port. Example usage:
socat TCP6-LISTEN:4000,fork,su=nobody TC
